Three ways to identify whether compost is fully fermented
1. Observing the color
Generally, the color of fully decomposed compost will turn brown or dark brown, and the ammonium nitrogen content will increase significantly.
2. Soaking method
Take a glass of water and put the sample in the water, then crush the organic fertilizer soaked in the water by hand, and stir it you can see the raw materials of the organic fertilizer intuitively. If it is layered after leaving it for a while, it means that the organic fertilizer has a large proportion and contains more soil.
3. Observing the volume
The volume of decomposed compost is 1/3-1/2 smaller than that of the newly piled stack. Finally, spread the fermented organic fertilizer evenly on the drying field, the thickness should not exceed 20 cm, and often turn over to make the water content less than 32%.
We have many types of fermentation equipment, and different equipment plans need to be formulated according to the different materials and capacity. Welcome to contact us for specific information.
