  • Feeding: Raw material (high-moisture slurry or semi-liquid organic waste) is pumped into the separator.
  • Separation: Inside the machine, a screw auger (spiral shaft) rotates, continuously pushing the material forward through a screen filter.
  • Extrusion and Dehydration: The rotating screw applies pressure, squeezing out liquid through the screen. The liquid (filtrate) flows out of the liquid outlet.
  • Discharge of Solids: The dehydrated solid material exits through the solid discharge port, ready for composting or direct use in organic fertilizer production.
