Moving Type Compost Turner

The moving type compost turner is a composting equipment composed of a turning device and a walking device. The walking device adopts a four-wheel design, with a diesel engine as the power source, enabling forward, backward, and turning movements. It utilizes anti-skid tires and is operated by one person using a steering wheel-style control for simple and convenient operation. The main shaft speed of the turning device is controlled by the depth of the throttle pedal, while the forward speed and power of the walking device rely on gear selection control. During operation, the entire vehicle straddles the pre-stacked long strip compost pile, and the rotating stirring teeth mounted under the frame perform turning, loosening, and moving of the raw materials. After the vehicle passes, a new strip pile is formed.
