Feeding
Raw organic materials with proper carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and moisture content are loaded into the cylinder.
Mixing and Aeration
The cylinder is equipped with a spiral or paddle-type agitator that continuously stirs the materials, ensuring even mixing and oxygen distribution.
Aerobic Decomposition
Beneficial aerobic microbes break down organic matter, generating heat, which raises the temperature inside the cylinder to 50°C–70°C. This high temperature helps decompose organic matter, kill pathogens, and eliminate parasites.
Temperature and Odor Control
The system is equipped with automatic temperature control, ventilation, and odor treatment units (like biofilters), ensuring an eco-friendly and odor-free operation.
Discharge
After 7–15 days, the fermentation process is complete, and the mature compost can be discharged, ready for further processing or direct application as organic fertilizer.
