The Fertilizer Automatic Column Palletizer is a highly efficient, intelligent system designed to automatically stack bagged fertilizers (or similar materials) onto pallets in an orderly and stable manner. It’s widely used in fertilizer production lines to automate the palletizing process, improving productivity, reducing labor intensity, and ensuring neat, stable stacking for storage and transportation.

  1. Bag Conveying

    • Filled and sealed fertilizer bags are transported via a conveyor belt to the palletizing area.

  2. Positioning & Sorting

    • The automatic positioning system aligns each bag according to the pre-set stacking pattern.

  3. Gripping & Lifting

    • The robotic arm or column lifting mechanism grips the bags (via clamps, vacuum, or other grippers) and lifts them to the stacking height.

  5. Pallet Replacement

    • Once a pallet is fully loaded, it is automatically discharged, and a new empty pallet is positioned for the next cycle.
