How to make cow manure compost?

1. Firstly, the cow dung should be aired or drained to keep the water content below 85%, and then the straw powder should be added. The ratio of cow dung is 7:3, so that the carbon ratio of raw materials (cow dung) and auxiliary materials (straw powder) can be controlled at 23~28, the water content is controlled at 52%~68%. Finally, add organic fertilizer fermentation decomposing agent.
2. After the raw materials, auxiliary materials and bacterial agents are mixed and stirred, they can be stacked for fermentation. The requirements for stacking are to stack the mixed materials on the fermentation field. And the bottom of trapezoidal stacks is 1.8 meters to 3 meters wide, the top side is 0.8 meters to 1 meter wide, and the height is 1 meter. The interval between the stacks is 0.5 meters. After the stacks are stacked, the temperature will rise to above 60 degrees within 24 to 48 hours. The temperature will be kept for 48 hours, which can start turning.

3. When the organic fertilizer equipment is turned over, it must be even and thorough, and the low-level special materials should be turned into the middle and upper parts of the heap as much as possible, so as to fully rot. When the temperature is 70 degrees, the pile must be turned immediately, otherwise the beneficial microorganisms and fermentation bacteria will be killed in large quantities, which is not conducive to fermentation and maturity.
The standard of complete fermentation is to look at the color. Generally, the color of the fertilizer will turn brown or dark brown. The second is to look at the leachate. After stirring the decomposed organic fertilizer with water (1:5), let it stand for 5 minutes to see the color of the leachate. The third is to look at the volume. The volume of decomposed compost is 1/3~1/2 of the collapse of the newly piled pile.
