1.Raw Material Reception and Screening

2.Composting and Fermentation

3.Crushing and Mixing

5.Cooling and Screening

The pellets are cooled down using a cooling machine, preventing them from breaking due to excessive heat. After cooling, the pellets are passed through a screening system to remove any unqualified particles, ensuring that the final product is uniform in size.

6.Packaging and Final Product

The qualified organic fertilizer pellets are automatically packaged into bags by a packaging system, which ensures consistent weight and sealing. The packaged fertilizer is then ready for distribution to the market.
