Fertilizer Polishing Machine

The Fertilizer Polishing Machine works by rotating a cylindrical drum or polishing disc where the granules are tumbled. As the machine runs, friction is generated between the granules and the inner wall of the polishing drum. This friction smooths and rounds the granules’ surfaces, removing burrs and irregularities. The result is a set of uniformly shaped, smooth, and glossy fertilizer pellets. Multiple polishing stages can be integrated for better results.
